Für die Nutzung von BaerClear und die In-App-Käufe gelten die Standard-Lizenzvereinbarung für Apple-Media-Dienste (EULA) sowie ergänzend die folgenden Punkte.
1. Nutzung
BaerClear hilft dir, Fotos und Videos zu prüfen und Speicher freizugeben. Du bleibst für deine Inhalte und für jede Löschentscheidung selbst verantwortlich. Gelöschte Inhalte sind 30 Tage in „Zuletzt gelöscht" wiederherstellbar.
2. Abonnements & Käufe
BaerClear Pro ist als Abo (wöchentlich/monatlich/jährlich) oder einmaliger Lifetime-Kauf erhältlich. Abos verlängern sich automatisch, bis sie mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf gekündigt werden. Verwaltung und Kündigung über die App-Store-Einstellungen deiner Apple-ID.
3. Gewährleistung
Die App wird „wie besehen" bereitgestellt. Im gesetzlich zulässigen Rahmen übernehmen wir keine Haftung für Datenverluste; nutze die System-Wiederherstellung („Zuletzt gelöscht") und ggf. ein Backup.

Use of BaerClear and its in-app purchases is governed by the Apple Standard License Agreement (EULA), supplemented by the points below.
1. Use
BaerClear helps you review photos and videos and free up storage. You remain responsible for your content and every deletion decision. Deleted items can be recovered from "Recently Deleted" for 30 days.
2. Subscriptions & purchases
BaerClear Pro is available as a subscription (weekly/monthly/yearly) or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage and cancel via your Apple ID's App Store settings.
3. Warranty
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we accept no liability for data loss; use the system recovery ("Recently Deleted") and a backup where appropriate.
