Keeply knows what you own, and when you need to do something about it.
A private ownership and warranty archive for your iPhone. Photograph a receipt, check it, confirm it — and find it again years later, when something breaks.
What Keeply does
Reads receipts so you don't type them
Keeply recognises the text on a receipt and proposes the date, the total and the currency. Recognition runs on your device. You confirm what is kept — nothing is guessed.
Warranty and statutory cover, kept apart
Two periods can run at once and they are legally different things. Keeply records them separately and reminds you in good time before one ends.
The documents that belong to it
Receipts, invoices, manuals and photos live with the thing they belong to — as many as you like, in free Keeply too.
Finding it again
Search across everything you have recorded, categories and filters, and a view of what needs attention soon.
Your data is yours
Export as JSON or CSV, whenever you like and free of charge. No account, no sign-in, nothing to be locked into.
PDF dossiers
A document about one item, or about everything you own — for an insurer, a sale, or a warranty claim.

The price is shown in the app and depends on your App Store country. Nothing renews automatically and there is nothing to cancel.
Local-first, and what that means exactly
Keeply has no server of its own. The app contains no networking code: your items, receipts, prices and serial numbers are not sent anywhere by Keeply. There is no user account, no analytics and no crash reporting to third parties.
The text on your receipts is recognised on your device using Apple's Vision framework. Keeply uses no cloud AI and no external language service.
One exception should be named plainly: if you have iCloud Backup switched on, iOS includes Keeply's data and documents in that backup, as it does for other apps. That is deliberate — without cloud sync, your device backup is the only protection against losing everything. You can turn it off in the iOS settings.
Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. Keeply has no registration and no sign-in. There is nothing to sign in to.
Are my receipts uploaded anywhere?
No. The app contains no networking code that could do it. The only network access is buying Keeply Pro through Apple's App Store, and nothing from inside Keeply is transmitted for that.
What happens to Keeply Pro if I change device?
The purchase belongs to your Apple Account. The app offers Restore purchase, which unlocks Keeply Pro again on a new device.
What happens to my items if I do not keep Keeply Pro?
Nothing is deleted or hidden. Existing items stay readable, editable and exportable, and reminders keep working. Only creating further items beyond the free limit is blocked.
Can I get my data out again?
Yes, whenever you like and free of charge, as JSON or CSV. The export is deliberately not a Pro feature: charging for the way out would contradict everything else about the app.
Does Keeply use artificial intelligence?
Apple's Vision framework recognises the text on receipts, on your device. There is no generative language model in Keeply — one was evaluated and deliberately left out.
